The Zecha Heritage's Lapis Ingris


Okay, i don't know what Lapis Ingris (the brackets say Fried Pork with eggs) stands for. But whatever it is, it is easy to make lor ... and quite yummy. i'm not going to reproduce the recipe here, word by word, so please buy the book ... (heheheh)

Lean pork or chicken, thinly sliced
Eggs, beaten
Shallots, ground
Garlic, ground
Ginger, ground
Chilli, ground
salt & sugar, to taste
chicken stock powder, to taste
oil

Steps



  1. Season chicken with salt, sugar and chicken stock powder

  2. Mix the eggs and ground ingredients, then pour unto meat. Marinate around 3o minutes.

  3. Heat the oil and fry batches of the mixture (spoon by spoon), till golden brown.
